**Position**: Telecaller

**Location**: [Kapil Vihar, Pitampura, Delhi]

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and provide information about Dicsinnovatives courses and programs.

Answer inquiries from potential students and parents, guiding them through the admission process.

Maintain a database of leads and follow up on them regularly.

Collaborate with the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets.

Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all callers.

**Requirements**:
Excellent verbal communication skills.

Previous experience in telemarketing or telecalling is preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.

Basic computer skills for data entry and maintaining call records.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of a high school diploma; higher education is a plus.
