Hello

The Spherule Foundation (NGO) is looking for a Computer Teacher for our Education Project at Bangalore. The duration of this health project is 10 months, and our location is Beldandur Bangalore

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Conduct Classes:
2. Assessment and Evaluation: ○ Conduct and evaluate regular assessments to measure student progress. ○ Monitor and document the progress of students, ensuring continuous improvement in both computer and communication skills.

3. Documentation and Reporting: ○ Maintain records of students’ progress and other related documents for batches conducted. ○ Prepare regular reports summarizing the performance and development of participants. ○ Capture photos and videos during field activities and classes for documentation purposes. ○ Collect testimonials and transformation stories from students, highlighting their growth and learning journey.

4. Stakeholder and Client Management: ○ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, including participants, community leaders, and donors. ○ Ensure a positive image of the Foundation by fostering community relations and promoting the project’s objectives. ○ Play an active role in managing the progress of the project, adapting strategies and work plans as required.

6. Rapport Building: ○ Build rapport with participants, ensuring a supportive and collaborative learning environment. ○ Engage with students to understand their needs and challenges, providing personalized support where necessary.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
