As a Junior Audit Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the audit team in conducting financial examinations and assessments of clients' accounts and records. This entry-level position offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in auditing procedures and develop essential skills in financial analysis, documentation, and communication within a professional environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of audit procedures under the guidance of senior auditors.
- Review and analyze financial statements, invoices, and other accounting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Perform tests of controls and substantive testing to verify the integrity of financial information.
- Document audit findings, discrepancies, and recommendations for improvements in audit work papers.
- Collaborate with team members to discuss audit findings and ensure consistency in reporting.
- Assist in preparing audit reports and presentations for clients, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to obtain necessary information and clarify audit-related queries.
- Stay updated on relevant accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and quality in audit engagements.
- Participate in training programs and professional development activities to enhance audit skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment and adhere to professional ethics and confidentiality requirements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new audit techniques and technologies.
- Integrity and commitment to upholding professional standards of ethics and integrity.
- Previous internship or relevant work experience in accounting or auditing is preferred but not required.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
