We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Entry-Level Demand Generation Associate to join our team. As an Entry-Level Demand Generation Associate, you will play a vital role in generating leads and supporting the outreach efforts for our services in the UK and US markets. This position offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in demand generation, lead generation, and digital marketing while working closely with experienced professionals in the industry.

**Responsibilities**:
Lead Generation Support: Assist the demand generation team in researching and identifying potential clients in the UK and US markets who require our services.

LinkedIn Outreach: Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms to connect with prospects, engage in conversations, and initiate outreach campaigns under the guidance of senior team members.

Lead Qualification: Conduct initial research on leads to assess their potential fit and relevance and assist in qualifying leads based on defined criteria.

Relationship Building: Support the team in building relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value of our services.

Sales Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team to assist in the smooth handoff of qualified leads, providing necessary information and insights to maximize conversion rates.

Reporting and Analysis: Assist in tracking and measuring key performance metrics related to lead generation activities and contribute to the analysis of data to identify areas for improvement.

Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitive analysis, and market dynamics to contribute insights for strategy adjustment and identifying new opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and messages.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media platforms, with a basic understanding of utilizing these platforms for lead generation.
- Interest in digital marketing, demand generation, and lead generation practices.
- Basic understanding of software development concepts and terminologies is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
- Analytical mindset, with an eagerness to learn how to track, measure, and analyze data to drive insights and optimization.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, while also taking initiative and working independently when required.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
