**Handle Incoming Calls**: Answer all incoming calls promptly and courteously, providing accurate information and assistance related to the game zone, restaurant, and cafe.
- **Outbound Calls**: Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, confirm reservations, and promote services and special offers.
- **Customer Queries**: Address and resolve customer queries and concerns efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Provide Information**: Offer detailed information about services, menus, pricing, promotions, and special events for each department.
- **Reservations and Bookings**: Assist customers with making reservations and bookings for the game zone, restaurant, and cafe, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- **Record Maintenance**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries, updating databases and call logs as needed.
- **Cross-Department Communication**: Coordinate with managers and staff across the game zone, restaurant, and cafe to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers.
- **Training Participation**: Engage in regular training sessions to stay updated on new services, promotions, and procedures specific to each department.
- **Feedback and Reporting**: Gather customer feedback and report any recurring issues or suggestions to the relevant department managers to improve service quality.
- **Compliance with Policies**: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security guidelines, to ensure customer information is handled safely and responsibly.
