**Role**:Admission Counselor**

**Job responsibilities include the following**:
The **Brand Associate** will play a key role in capturing and promoting student life at Annapurna College by generating compelling content that highlights student achievements, alumni success stories, campus events, and various projects. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong content creation skills, who can engage with students and alumni to produce authentic and engaging content for various platforms, particularly social media.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Generation**:

- Conduct interviews and capture bytes from students and alumni to create engaging narratives and testimonials.
- Cover campus life, including events, projects, and day-to-day activities, to produce stories that resonate with prospective students, parents, and the community.
- Develop and curate content that highlights the unique aspects of the college’s programs, culture, and student experiences.
- **Social Media Content Creation**:

- Create and manage content for the college’s social media channels, ensuring it is aligned with the brand’s voice and values.
- Edit and enhance multimedia content (videos, photos, graphics) for social media platforms, ensuring high engagement and reach.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns that promote the college’s offerings and achievements.
- **Content Editing and Enhancement**:

- Edit and refine videos, project showcases, and other content to ensure a professional and polished final product.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other creative professionals to produce visually appealing and effective content.
- Ensure all content is consistent with the college’s brand identity and guidelines.
- **Student and Alumni Engagement**:

- Actively engage with students and alumni to gather content ideas, stories, and feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the student community to facilitate ongoing content generation.
- Organize and conduct photo/video shoots involving students, alumni, and staff for various content projects.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with various departments, students, and the alumni to gather content and ensure consistent messaging.
- Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers for specific content creation needs as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field with good knowledge of content creation, social media management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in video editing
- Storytelling skills with the ability to create content that engages and resonates with the target audience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of content planning and social media strategy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
