Time : 9:30 AM-6:30 PM (Sunday Holiday )

Experience : 0 - 2 years
Skill: System knowledge With Good Communication and handling all tasks

Roles & Responsibilities

Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls. Receiving and sorting daily mail.
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.
Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
