**Position description**: Aid effective decision making to acheive department's short and medium term objectives by minimising future uncertanities through establishment of robust processes and tools, better coordintion, efficacy improvement through optimal allocation and utilization of resources,customer satisfaction,economy in the operation and higher performance standards through easier and quicker decision making

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Daily, weekly, monthly MIS flow and actionable inputs delivery
- Yearly planning, policy deployment and alignment of all brand objectives and deliverbles
- Identification and implementation of strategic short term and medium term marketing support projects
- Marketing resource/budget planning, deployment and adherence
- Establish processes and tools to aid decision making for HOD and SH's
- Periodic monitoring of departmental processes and adherence, identification of gaps and administer interventions
- Drive Inter departmental engagement and coordination to enable effective work flows.
- Continuous benchmarking of best processes and interventions by Industry and competition on pricing, communication and product to fecilitate objective and proactive decision making by HOD
- Interact with and enable Data analytics team to evolve effective dashboarding of all revlevant information to aid marketing.
