DevOps Trainer

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced DevOps practitioner to join our team as a freelance/part-time trainer. You will play a crucial role in equipping our students with the essential skills and knowledge to excel in DevOps roles within the dynamic IT industry. Your expertise will guide them through the key principles, tools, and practices of DevOps, preparing them for successful careers in this in-demand field.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive training modules covering the core concepts of DevOps, including:

- Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Configuration Management (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
- Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Cloud computing integration
- Monitoring and logging
- Agile and DevOps methodologies
- Utilize interactive teaching methods, such as hands-on labs, case studies, and project-based learning, to create an engaging and practical learning experience.
- Provide personalized feedback and mentorship to students, helping them solidify their understanding and develop their practical skills.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in DevOps and incorporate them into the training program.
- Collaborate with the program director to ensure the training content aligns with industry requirements and program objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience working in DevOps roles in a software development or IT operations environment.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering DevOps training programs or workshops.
- Strong understanding of various DevOps tools and technologies (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage learners.
- Passion for education and a commitment to empowering students to achieve their career goals.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Possession of relevant DevOps certifications (e.g., Docker Certified Associate, Certified Kubernetes Administrator) is highly preferred.

**Compensation**:
