**Job Description for Accounts Assistant**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Book keeping** - Maintain accurate financial records by recording day-to-day transactions in accounting software.

2. **Invoicing and Billing** - Generate invoices, process payments, and ensure timely billing to clients or customers.

3. **Bank Reconciliation** - Reconcile bank statements, ensuring accuracy and identifying any discrepancies.

4. **Expense Management**:

- Track and manage company expenses, verifying receipts and ensuring compliance with policies.

5. **Financial Reporting**:

- Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

6. **Data Entry** - Input financial data into the accounting system and ensure data integrity.

7. **Assist in Audits** - Collaborate with auditors during internal or external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.

8. **Payroll Support** - Assist in processing payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

9. **Vendor Relation**s - Communicate with vendors regarding invoices, payments, and resolve any discrepancies.

10. **Adherence to Policies** - Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and relevant regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Educational Background in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

**Experience**:

- Previous Experience in a similar role or internship in accounting is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
