Job Title: WelderJob Description:To perform Welding of the components.Essential Duties & Responsibilities **Study & review of engineering drawings for Metal fabrication.** Understand the welding requirement specified in the drawing & WPS. **Should perform different welding processes including MIG/MAG, FCAW, TIG, SMAW.** Should perform Air Arc gouging, Grinding with angle grinder & Pencil grinder. **All Full penetration welds to be performed to qualify RT.** Offering to QC for inspection of the component produced **Use of proper tools & instruments to produce right quality product.** Safe handling of components either manually or by material handling equipment’s like Crane. **Continuous Improvements through Kaizens.** Perform other related duties as assigned whenever required. **Maintain Clean & tidy work station.Knowledge, Skills & abilities.** Good Drawing interpretation knowledge especially Metal Fabrication drawings. **Good knowledge on welding symbols.** Proficient with 1G, 2G, 3G & 4G welding positions. **Qualified welding with Radiographic & Ultrasound test is must.** Hands on experience of Oxy fuel cutting & Air arc gouging. **Hands on experience of Grinding with Angle grinders & Pencil grinders.** Hands on experience of Crane handling **Good knowledge on usage of basic tools for Fabrication.** Able to perform the task independently & to train freshers. **Experience on SAW & TIG welding is an added advantage.** Experience on Metal Fabrication Fitup is an added advantageEducation & Experience.ITI Welder with 3 to 5 years of experience in Metal Fabrication industry as welder, preference will be givenfor those who have worked with FCAW welding process.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
