Initiate meetings and discussions, understand the client requirements and budget
Preparing presentations / walkthrough
Excellent knowledge of venues across Kerala / and major cities
Provide creative and innovative décor ideas to the client as per their budget and requirements
Take ownership of the event and ensure a flawless execution
Vendor management, budget management, internal team management
Meticulous documentation of relevant contracts and bills.
Payment settlement with the client
Post event report
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is advantageous.
- Proven wedding or event planning experience.
- Sound knowledge of different religions and religious practices.
- Strong networking and negotiating skills
- Good visualisation ability.
- Should have their own database and good rapport with vendors, florists, photographers, artists etc.
- Adept at planning, scheduling and delegation of work.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented, methodical, and creative.
- Good Experience in conducting luxury/ high-cost wedding
- Experience in conducting North Indian Wedding
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
