**Job Description: Store Incharge**

**Position Overview**:
**JOB Location**:

- Village Teegalapalli, Mahabubnagar District.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Store Management**:

- Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Maintain an organized and efficient store layout for easy access and inventory control.
- Conduct periodic stock audits to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- **Department Coordination**:

- Collaborate with QA, QC, and Production teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
- Address departmental requests promptly and ensure smooth operations across the factory.
- **Attendance Monitoring**:

- Track and record staff attendance daily, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Submit attendance reports to the head office as required.
- **Stock and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of incoming and outgoing inventory, ensuring all transactions are accurately documented.
- Prepare and send daily stock updates and operational reports to the head office.
- **Bank Coordination**:

- Handle vendor payment transfers by visiting the bank as needed.
- Ensure all financial transactions are completed accurately and within the required timelines.
- **General Administrative Duties**:

- Address and resolve any operational issues within the store or factory promptly.
- Support the implementation of company policies and procedures within the factory.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in store management, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
- Familiarity with QA, QC, and production processes is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, for record-keeping and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including factory staff, management, and external vendors.
- Trustworthy and reliable, with a keen eye for detail.

**Work Environment**:

- Full-time position based on-site at the factory.
- Occasional travel to the bank or head office as needed.
