We are currently seeking a talented Administrative Coordinator to join our team and work according to the UK timezone. Fluency in English is a must
**Position: Administrative Coordinator**As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day activities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
- Assisting and Coordinating with the clients.
- Maintaining and organizing files, documents, and records.
- Collaborating with various departments and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
- Providing general administrative support to the team as needed.
**Requirements**:To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably as a coordinator or similar capacity.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Flexibility to work according to the UK timezone.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week
**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month
