Ability to learn about services and describe/explain them to prospects
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues
Fluency in Malayalam and English is a must
Prior experience in sales tele calling would be preferred
Must be willing to work from office
Outdial 80-100 customers on a daily basis
Enter new student/client information into the system and update existing customer information
Identify and escalate priority issues
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and document all call information according to standard operating procedures
