**Job Title**:Supervisor.**

We are seeking a highly organised and responsible individual to join our team as a Supervisor for Vehicle Management. The primary role of the Supervisor will be to oversee and ensure the smooth operations of our vehicle fleet. This position requires excellent coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a rotational field.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Vehicle Reporting**: Ensure that all vehicles report on time and are ready for duty according to the schedule.

2. **Backup and Replacement**: Act as a backup for any vehicle that does not report on time or is unable to fulfill its duties. Arrange for replacement vehicles when necessary.

3. **Vehicle Arrangement**: Coordinate the arrangement of vehicles for various assignments, considering factors such as capacity, requirements, and availability.

4. **Capturing Dates and Reporting Time**: Maintain accurate records of vehicle assignments, capturing dates and reporting times for each vehicle.

5. **Vehicle Identification**: Keep track of vehicle numbers and associated information, ensuring proper documentation and identification.

6. **Vendor Management**: Liaise with vendors for vehicle-related matters, including maintenance, repairs, and servicing. Keep track of vendor names and contact details.

7. **Vehicle Count**: Maintain a record of the total count of vehicles, ensuring accuracy and reconciling any discrepancies.

8. **Odometer Tracking**:Regularly monitor and document the in-kilometer and out-kilometer readings of each vehicle, ensuring proper maintenance and compliance.

9. **Exit Time Monitoring**: Ensure that vehicles are returned on time, monitor exit times, and take necessary actions in case of delays or discrepancies.

10. **Client Billing**: Coordinate with the clients and the vendors to ensure accurate billing for vehicle usage and services rendered.

11. **Responsibilities**: Ensure that you fulfill the responsibilities regarding vehicle maintenance, repairs, and any agreed-upon services.

12. **Adaptability**: Be flexible and adapt to the rotational field( day & night ), working effectively in different environments and managing vehicle operations accordingly.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- At least **1 year of experience in logistic management**; vehicle management, fleet supervision, or a related field is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with drivers, vendors, and internal stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for record-keeping and reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions when dealing with unexpected situations.


**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
