**Job Summary**:
The Operations Executive in Mall Operations plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and seamless operation of the shopping mall. This role involves overseeing various aspects of day-to-day operations, facilities management, and tenant relations within the mall. The Operations Executive is responsible for maintaining a safe, attractive, and customer-friendly environment to enhance the overall shopping experience for visitors and tenants.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Facilities Management**:

- Regularly inspect and maintain the mall's common areas, including entrances, restrooms, parking facilities, and other public spaces to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
- Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance, repairs, and renovations as necessary.
- **Security and Safety**:

- Collaborate with the security team to ensure a safe and secure environment for shoppers, tenants, and mall staff.
- Implement emergency response plans and conduct regular safety drills.
- Monitor surveillance systems and address security issues promptly.
- **Tenant Relations**:

- Act as a point of contact for tenants, addressing their concerns, and ensuring lease agreements and tenant guidelines are adhered to.
- Assist in resolving tenant-related issues and mediate disputes when necessary.
- **Customer Service**:

- Train and supervise front-line staff, including customer service representatives and janitorial teams.
- Foster a customer-centric culture by promoting excellent service and addressing customer feedback and complaints.
- **Budget Management**:

- Assist in developing and managing the operations budget, monitoring expenses, and ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Provide input on cost-saving initiatives.
- **Marketing Support**:

- Collaborate with the marketing department to support mall promotions and events.
- Ensure that promotional materials are displayed effectively throughout the mall.
- **Compliance and Regulations**:

- Ensure the mall adheres to all relevant local, state, and federal regulations and codes.
- Stay updated on industry standards and best practices.
- **Inventory and Supplies**:

- Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and other operational materials.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
- **Report Generation**:

- Generate regular reports on the mall's operational performance, tenant activities, and visitor foot traffic.
- Provide these reports to the Mall Operations Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in mall or retail operations or related field is a plus.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of safety and security procedures.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for reporting and data analysis.

**Working Conditions**:

- This position may require flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical tasks such as walking, standing may be required.

**Salary**: ₹17,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
