**Job Title: Receptionist cum Administration - Real Estate Company**
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Front Desk Operations**:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- **Appointment Scheduling**:
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for executives and team members.
- Coordinate and confirm meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.
- **Computer Proficiency**:
- Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as required.
- **Attractive Presentation**:
- Maintain a professional and attractive appearance to uphold the company's image.
- Dress in a manner that reflects the dynamic and contemporary nature of the real estate industry.
- **Visitor Management**:
- Register and sign in visitors, ensuring security and compliance with company policies.
- Notify appropriate personnel of visitor arrivals promptly.
- **Office Supplies and Maintenance**:
- Manage office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Liaise with maintenance staff for any office repairs or improvements.
- **Communication Skills**:
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about the company's services.
- **Confidentiality**:
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree (graduation) in any discipline.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role.
- Dynamic personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Well-groomed and attractive appearance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Familiarity with the real estate industry is an advantage.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
