Job Summary:
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products and services. You will engage with customers, provide them with information, answer their questions, and resolve any issues they may have. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Answer questions and address customer concerns.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in the database.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.
- Assist in the development of sales scripts and strategies.
- Work with team members to achieve overall sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computers and familiar with CRM software.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Good problem-solving skills.
