We are seeking a skilled and minimum 2-3 year experienced Interior Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As an Interior Site Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating all on-site activities to ensure the successful execution of interior design projects. You will be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards, adhering to project timelines, and ensuring effective communication between various stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage all on-site activities, including coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure the smooth execution of interior design projects.
- Monitor and inspect construction progress to ensure compliance with design plans, specifications, and building codes.
- Ensure the implementation of quality control measures to maintain high standards of craftsmanship and materials.
- Collaborate closely with the interior design team, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues that may arise during the construction phase.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to safety regulations and conducting regular safety checks.
- Manage and resolve any on-site challenges or conflicts that may impact the progress of the project.
- Keep accurate records of daily activities, progress reports, and site-related expenses.
- Coordinate with the project manager to ensure that the project stays within budget and time constraints.
- Provide regular reports on project status, including milestone achievements and potential risks.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Interior Site Supervisor or a similar role in the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of interior design construction processes, materials, and building codes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage on-site teams and liaise with various stakeholders.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make timely decisions on-site.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering projects of the highest quality.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools would be an advantage.
- Relevant certifications or degrees in construction management, interior design, or related fields are preferred.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
