Description
- Operate an ambulance safely and efficiently to respond to emergency calls, transport patients to medical facilities, and provide medical transportation services as directed by dispatchers and healthcare providers.
- Adhere to traffic laws, regulations, and safe driving practices while operating the ambulance under emergency conditions, including using sirens, lights, and communication devices to alert other motorists and ensure priority passage.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the ambulance, including conducting pre-trip inspections, checking equipment and supplies, and restocking supplies as needed to ensure readiness for emergency response.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, EMTs, paramedics, and other healthcare providers to obtain relevant information about emergency calls, coordinate response efforts, and provide updates on patient status and transport logistics.
- Assist EMTs and paramedics with patient care activities during transit, including transferring patients onto stretchers, securing patients safely in the ambulance, and providing basic medical assistance as directed within the scope of training.
- Provide reassurance, comfort, and support to patients and their families during transit, maintaining professionalism, compassion, and respect for patient confidentiality at all times.
- Navigate efficiently using maps, GPS navigation systems, and local road networks to reach destinations promptly and safely, including hospitals, healthcare facilities, accident scenes, and other emergency locations.
- Follow established protocols, procedures, and guidelines for ambulance operations, patient transport, infection control, and emergency medical services (EMS) to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,677.85 per month
