** Job Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and convert them into qualified leads.
- You are required to have a thorough understanding of all Arihant Capital’s products and services and pricing and should be able to explain the right product to them.
- Ensure prospects fully understand how we can help them with the services we offer.
- Develop and maintain an active pipeline to achieve sales targets. Create and maintain a database and tracking system for the sales channel.
- Maintain and update all client activity on our client relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Schedule appointments of clients with the Relationship Managers.
- Following up with the leads generated.
- Maintaining MIS report of the calling done on daily basis.
- Pitching the products to the prospective clients and make the closures.
- Trying to build a healthy and long-term relationship with the clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to products and services.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
