**Position: Telecaller for Government Subsidy Consultants**

Job Summary: As a Telecaller for Government Subsidy Consultants, you will play a vital role in the success of our consultancy firm by reaching out to potential clients over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and secure appointments for our team of government subsidy consultants. You will be tasked with explaining the services we offer, promoting the benefits of government subsidies, and convincing potential clients to schedule consultations with our experts. The ultimate goal is to increase the client base and facilitate the delivery of government subsidy solutions to eligible businesses or individuals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to a list of potential clients provided by the company. These clients could be businesses, entrepreneurs, NGOs, or individuals seeking government subsidies or grants.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential clients who may be eligible for government subsidies based on their industry, location, or specific requirements.
- Explain Services: Clearly and concisely explain the services provided by our consultancy firm, including the benefits of availing government subsidies and grants.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for interested clients to meet with our government subsidy consultants for a detailed analysis of their eligibility and needs.
- Follow-up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls with potential clients who have shown interest but haven't booked appointments yet.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including call details, feedback, and updates on the status of appointments.
- Targets and Reporting: Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting. Provide regular reports to the management team on call outcomes and conversion rates.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a professional and friendly attitude during calls to build rapport with clients and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively convey information.
- Persuasive and persistent, with a positive attitude toward reaching targets.
- Basic knowledge of government subsidies, grants, or consulting would be advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a database effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software or similar tools is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a bonus.

Working Conditions:

- This is a full-time or part-time position, depending on the company's requirements.
- Work may be conducted from the office or remotely, depending on the company's policy.
- Telecallers may have specific call quotas and targets to meet.
- Professionalism and adherence to company guidelines are essential.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
