**Role Description**

We are looking for a Brand Executive who would be responsible in building our brands and raise brand awareness. You’ll work across all levels and departments of our organisation to find what makes us unique and communicate it to the world.

**Responsibilities in Role**
- Create, develop and manage content for brand’s online presence
- Copy-edit and proof-read all web content
- Manage a promotional and editorial calendar and adopt a test and learn approach for web page updates. Ensure measurement with identified KPIs
- Use keyword research, website data, business priorities and industry topics to formulate a content plan, in alignment to business team
- Create compelling and engaging brand digital content which will attract viewers as well as amplification and interaction through social sharing
- Create content for digital ads
- Manage social media across all platforms -Instagram, Facebook, YouTube
- Write clear, concise and grammatically correct copies for platforms
- Create monthly social media content calendar & liaise with graphic designers, video editors
- Create/ edit reel content as needed
- Promote social media posts and maintain metrics
- Actively work on increasing the right followers for the brand across various platforms.
- Create and analyse daily reports to continuously improve CTRs & Revenue.
- Ability to design & launch ads & measure their effectiveness.

**Qualifications**
- Strong understanding of brand strategy and management
- Adept at conducting market research and analysis
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Experience in brand marketing and management
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful brand campaigns
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Strong Attention to Detail, Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills.
- Understanding of Key Digital Marketing metrics and drivers.
- Understanding of Marketing Communication and how it triggers user behaviour will be an advantage.
- Result Orientation, Problem solving abilities.
- Self-driven, displays initiative - agility to learn, drive team to result.
- Content/ copy-writing skills is also crucial for the role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to Commute:

- Jayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka (required)
