Project Planning and Execution:

- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining the scope, timeline, budget, and resources required.
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget constraints.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, anticipating potential issues and developing contingency plans.

Team Leadership:

- Build and lead cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals.

Stakeholder Management:

- Communicate project progress, status, and issues to stakeholders regularly.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Address stakeholder concerns promptly and effectively.

Resource Management:

- Allocate resources efficiently to ensure project success.
- Monitor and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial targets are met.
- Optimize resource utilization and identify opportunities for cost savings.

Quality Assurance:

- Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to deliver high-quality project deliverables.
- Conduct regular project reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

Reporting and Documentation:

- Prepare and present project reports to senior management, summarizing key metrics and milestones.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
