Roles and Responsibilities

Market and sell (B2C) Non-Banking financial products (Chit Fund Schemes) to all types of customers.

Should be responsible and build up business by identifying new business prospects and selling company products to

them.

Identify prospects, maintain good customer relationship and also identify ways to grow their sales figures and

achieve the common goal of the organization.

To carry out all documentation work as laid down in the work manual

To maintain the complete data for monthly Installments follow-up with customers, and ensure subscription is

collected.

Maintain customer relationship for repeat business.

To keep a close watch and keep feeding with useful feedback and leads to office.

Should be able to maintain a high level of energy and positive attitude

Visiting the customers and soliciting business for chits by creating interest among customers

Planning visits and going from door-to-door to promote the product

Explaining the purpose of the visit and introducing the product to the customers

Making follow up visits, if required

Booking the orders and posting them in the system.

Profile

Background in sales from Microfinance/Insurance/Loans/Chits/hospitality/other customer relationship profiles etc.

Gender: Male /Female

Age: 25 Years +

Language: Tamil is mandatory. Knowledge of additional language will be an added advantage.

Basic computer knowledge necessary

Education: + 2 Completion is compulsory. Should have working knowledge of English to the extent to handle

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
