We are currently looking for an **Quality Officer** to join us at **our R&D Centre in Vadodara.**

**Key responsibilities**:

- To ensure testing & approval of received samples of RM/PM and finish product as per defined Customer’s specification.
- To conduct the testing of paint samples as per defined national/international standard test-methods.
- To issue the test-reports to customers as per defined test-report format
- To participate in MSA & ILC study
- Work with production and MT team for the RCFA of Internal Quality Incidence by conducting Lab experiments.
- Actively Participate in RCFA of Customer Complaints by conducting Experiments in Lab.
- To ensure revalidation process of expired RMs and Finish goods.
- To train QC team members for critical Quality test parameters.
- Develop and implement inspection plans for incoming materials and finished goods.
- Ensure compliance with specifications for all released materials and products.
- Conduct trend analysis of finished goods test results.
- Maintain calibration of QC lab equipment.
- Provide final shade approval for finished goods.
- Analyze and resolve complaints and quality issues.
- Coordinate internal audits and share findings with the team.
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify and address training needs for QC team members.

**Requirement: -**
- 3-5 years’ experience in chemical industry & paint manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge and experience on QMS, quality system audit and process audit, IATF16949:2016 & ISO/IEC17025:2017 background is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA, MSA, SPC, APQP, RCFA
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skill
- Good command of English, both in oral and writing skills
- Ability to effectively use Microsoft office products.
