Role: Python Lead Developer / Architect

Location: Noida on Site

Budget: 50 Lpa

Experience : 7-11 yrs

**Requirements**:
Lead Developers are seasoned professionals who have accomplished the complex task of

designing software

amazing product features

and support business functions within any industry vertical. They mentor team members

through reviewing their

performance and user

experiences. If a fast-paced startup environment excites you and you have a knack for

solving technical challenges,

you should join and lead our core product development team. You should have 7-10 years of

hands-on experience in

engineering background, solid

experience in Python and its frameworks, internal understanding of SQL and No-SQL

Databases, and familiarity

with AWS. You should be able to take ownership of multiple functionalities and work with

cross-functional

Technology, Product, Engineering, and QA/Testing teams.

Key qualifications

1) BS/MS in Computer Science or relevant field and at least 7 years of experience in building

backend services

with Python 3.7.x using Django >= 2.2.1, Django REST framework >= 3.13.1, Flask >=1.1.2

and relational

databases.

2) Expertise in building microservices-based and cloud-based architectures including

development and deployment

in AWS.

3) At least 3 years of experience with Web Application technologies: REST, MongoDB,

MySQL, NoSQL, AWS

Lambda, API Gateway and web servers Apache, Nginx.

5) Follows coding best practices to produce tested, scalable, reliable and maintainable code.

**Responsibilities**:
1) Understand complex requirements, scope and architect major features for junior

developers to enhance the

product.

performance.

3) Enhance the architecture of our growing digitalization platform to accomplish the

objectives of our technology

roadmap.

4) Write quality code (with comments, unit tests & documentation), design, implement and

manage data pipelines

at enterprise scale with data migration and production data maintenance.

5) Collaborate with different teams to conceptualize, design, and build highly scalable and

reliable software

solutions with REST APIs following SDLC best practices and DevOps principles.

6) Work closely with product, project and business teams to translate user feedback and

company vision into

technical roadmap.

**Salary**: Up to ₹5,000,000.00 per year
