Job Description:
As a Telemarketing Representative, you will play a crucial role in our sales and marketing efforts by reaching out to potential customers over the phone. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Conducting outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce them to our products/services.

Building and maintaining a strong customer database.

Engaging with customers to understand their needs and promoting the benefits of our offerings.

Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.

Following up on leads generated through various marketing channels.

Providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in telemarketing or a similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.

Ability to handle rejection positively and persist in a challenging sales environment.

Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM software.

**Requirements**:
diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is advantageous.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
