**Job description**

**Project Role**: Investment Banking Chief

**Management Level**: Senior

**Work Experience**: 3-5 years

**Work location**: Bengaluru/Delhi

**Job Requirements**:
**Key Responsibilities**: a) Analyse organization and design its processes and systems b) Assessing the business model and its integration with technology. C) Identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution d) Research, gather and synthesize information

**Professional Attributes**: A: Good analytical ability to cut through fluff and get to the core of the issue

**Educational Qualification**: Post-Graduation in Finance or equiv. qualification (CFA, MBA

(finance), CA or equiv.)

**Others**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent working knowledge of databases such as Bloomberg, Dealogic, Thomson, etc.
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations
- Strong interest and awareness of the markets, appraisal note, key players in their respective sector
- Strong understanding of financial statements
- Independently prepare deal collaterals like IM, model, teasers, pitch books etc. Lead deal cycle and act as primary touch point (data-rooms, due-diligence, transaction documents, meetings etc.)
- Extremely high proficiency in PowerPoint and excel

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
