Role and Responsibilities
- Continuous inspection of project sites, to ensure a hazard-free environment
- Follow the PTW system (permit to work) as per the client/site requirements.
- Continuous monitoring of all safety-related documents, reports, and issues to keep them updated.
- Verification of tools, equipment, and machinery to ensure good quality
- Conducts toolbox meetings & conduct safety inductions for new workers and visitors at the site
- Conducting investigations on near misses/accidents
- Promoting safe practices on site
- Manages all communications with Client/HO in regards of safety
- Preparation of JSA & HIRA for all construction activities
- preparation of a construction health and safety plan
- Carrying out drills and exercises on managing emergency situations
- Creating and enforcing safety guidelines and programs
- Attending project planning meetings and collaborating with the site execution team
- Responds to employees’ safety concerns.
- Coordinates all issues regarding hazardous materials or waste

**Qualifications**:
Must have a state technical board-approved degree or diploma in industrial safety (ADIS) from a recognised institute.

Bachelor's degree in environmental health and safety

At least 1 year experience in the Safety industry

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
