**Role and Responsibilities**
- Oversee various aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR practices.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to foster a positive work environment and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs.
- Conduct employee performance reviews and provide coaching for professional growth.
- Manage HR records, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably within the [industry/sector].
- Strong understanding of human resources principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a focus on driving results.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, HRIS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
