As a Para planner, you would be assisting the Chief financial planners in aspects like
- 1. Research and Analysis: conduct research and analysis on financial products, investment options, and market trends. Gather information and data to support the financial planning recommendations made by the Financial planner. This involves studying investment strategies, tax laws, insurance policies, and other relevant financial information.

2. Financial Modeling and Planning: assist in creating financial models and developing comprehensive financial plans for clients. Use financial planning software and tools to analyze the client's financial situation, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities. Based on this analysis, they help the advisor formulate strategies and recommendations to meet the client's financial goals.

3. Investment Portfolio Management: support the planner in managing client investment portfolios. Assist in constructing investment portfolios based on the client's risk tolerance, investment objectives, and time horizon. Monitor the performance of investments, rebalance portfolios as necessary, and provide reports on portfolio performance to the planner and clients.

4. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Help prepare necessary documentation, including financial planning reports, investment proposals, and compliance paperwork. Also assist with maintaining client records and updating necessary forms and documents.

5. Client Communication: You will often act as a liaison between the planner and the client. You may communicate with clients to gather necessary information, explain financial planning strategies, and answer general inquiries. Also ,assist in preparing client presentations, reports, and other communication materials.

6. Technical Support: provide technical support to the planner, assisting with financial planning software, tools, and systems. Also, help maintain the firm's databases, update software, and troubleshoot technical issues that arise during the financial planning process.

7. Continuing Education and Professional Development: You need to stay updated with industry knowledge and regulations through continuing education and professional development opportunities. Also.attend seminars, workshops, and conferences to enhance their skills and knowledge in financial planning.

**Salary**: From ₹300,000.00 per year
