Telesales Executive

As a Telecaller Executive, your primary responsibility will be to engage potential clients over the phone, introduce them to our real estate offerings, address their queries, and schedule appointments for property viewings. Your role is pivotal in fostering client relationships and ensuring a seamless experience during their property search journey.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, acquainting them with our real estate listings and services.

2. Lead Generation: Identify and assess potential leads by understanding their preferences and requirements.

3. Information Dissemination: Offer accurate and up-to-date information on available properties, pricing, and financing options.

4. Client Engagement: Develop rapport with clients, address their questions and concerns, and proactively assist them throughout their property search.

5. Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate property viewings and meetings with our sales agents for interested clients.

6. Follow-up: Conduct regular follow-up calls to maintain ongoing communication with potential clients and assess their level of interest.

7. Database Management: Maintain a comprehensive database of client information, including contact details, preferences, and interactions.

8. Achieving Targets: Meet or surpass monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
