Executive Assistant to the Founders
- Successfully managed the calendar of both founders, arranging and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring optimal time utilization and smooth operations.
- Linkedin / personal branding management, focussed towards growth & awareness (daily relevant posts, responses etc)
- Linkedin reach outs with other founders, investors & events
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
- Managed office supplies, inventory, and equipment, streamlining procurement processes.
- Oversee daily office operations, including maintenance of office facilities, supplies, and equipment.
- Keep schedules, documents, and tasks well-organized to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure the office environment is safe, clean, and conducive to productivity.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with executives, team members, clients, and vendors. managing timelines, resolving conflicts, and ensuring deliverables meet expectations.\
- Collaborate effectively with other members of the administrative team to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
- Anticipate the needs of the executive team and proactively provide support to enhance their productivity and efficiency.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
