**About this opportunity**:
We are now looking for a Collection support resource to proactively maintain relationship with customer, follow-up with the customer in order to ensure that outstanding invoices are paid before or on due date. For due invoices seek reason for delayed payment and initiate action plan. Send monthly ageing report with comments on collection status to the Collector.

**What you will do**:

- Ensure outstanding invoices paid on time.
- Experience must have into reconciliation, Account Payable, Account receivable and cash collection.
- Proactively maintain relationship with customer.
- Follow up with the customers, wherever required and manage customer invoice disputes.
- Initiate the action plan and push the overdue payment collection through the close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Customer Master Data maintenance, for external Customers, as well as for handling of credit unblocks.
- Collect Withholding tax certificates, wherever applicable. Engage with stakeholders to secure proper and timely clearings and accounting.
- Ensuring quality of books of accounts by adhering to Ericsson internal processes.
- Contribute to improvements in the process and assure quality and internal compliances in cash collection operations.

**You will bring**:

- Education: Academic degree in finance, accounting or similar field.
- 2-6 years working experience in Finance.
- Demonstrated ability (Recruiter to supply area of expertise - e.g. : Cloud, BSS, OSS etc.)
- Ability to communicate in the customer’s preferred language, as well as a willingness to and respect for other cultures.

**Accounting & Reporting skills-**:

- Consultative selling, Negotiation, financial competence and analysis skills.
- Financial model knowledge
- Treasury knowledge
