We are looking for a qualified **IT Technician assist the IT Department in our organization **.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- He will be responsible for managing and storing data using **computers, software, databases, networks, and servers.**
- Will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing hardware & software components of the organization's computer networks aiming for the highest functionality.
- Must have knowledge & experience in **Multimedia Software**& troubleshooting.
- Must have knowledge & experience in CCTV
- Finding software errors through troubleshooting.
- Setting up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices
- Installing and configuring appropriate software and functions according to specifications
- Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
- Develop, maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance, ensuring security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
- Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
- Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)
- Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
- Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders
- Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
- As an IT worker, you can expect to work with computer-based information systems, **software, and hardware, typically by designing, developing, and managing them**.

**JOB LOCATION - MUKUNDPUR, KOLKATA ( ON SITE ) - not a remote role**

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
