**Accountability**:
- To assist superior in Preventive predictive and Schedule
- Maintenance of Equipments of BOP to ensure the availability of the plant in order to achieve the budgetary target with optimum maintenance cost
- Unintrrupted supply of raw, service and DM water to plant
- Analysis of tripping, failures, outages of equipments
- To anlize for low ACP of equipments in the vicinity
- To assist superior in Planning & execution of maintenance of BOP and
- Floating enquiry for various spares/material and services required for Thermal power plant maintenance andVendor finalization through Multi-Bidding system
- The job holder is responsible for Preventive predictive and Schedule Maintenance of Equipment's of BOP of Thermal power plant to ensure the availability of the plant in order to achieve the budgetary target with optimum maintenance cost.
- Help the superior to ensure to maintain the reliabililty and 100% availabilty of the plant

**Cost Control**:
- To assist superior in Performing maintenance activity efficiently with optimum maintenance cost with follow up with internal / external agencies for ordering / manufacturing & delivery of materials on optimum cost.
- To control and analyze the cost wrt to budget approved
- Floating enquiry for various spares/material and services required for Thermal power plant maintenance andVendor finalization through Multi-Bidding system.
- Control the inventory by preventing and utilizing the waste wherever possible.
- Utilisese the in-house resources for fabrication.
- To do annual budgeting & Review expenditure as per budget.
- Suggest measure for improvement indesign/metallurgy/modification/material structure for cost reduction.
- To do resource planning

**Improvement**:

- Execution of Improvement /- Modification to improve productivity with due compliance of safety as per ABG standardAssist for improvement in process parameters, practices subordinates availability.- Data collection, Identifying opportunities, development of staff and implementation of suggestions. Suggestion for Improvement**Safety & statutory compliance**: To assist superiors to Carryout timely inspection of all jobs wrt effluent/disposel of water required as per statutory guidelines and ensure their timely compliance.To Assist superiors to Carryout the required checking, testing as per guidelines.- Maintain statutory records of the observations.- Take corrective measures for deviations.Identify & rectify unsafe points & unsafe practice in the area.
- Onthe job training to staff &workmen of safety & treatment.**System implementation**: To assist superiors to organize and implement- ISO, EMS, OHSAS, SA 8000 and ABEF in his Area of maintenance through the involvement of people for the improvement of quality standards and productivity.To assist superiors to Identify and execute improvement study and kaizen, identify and get rectified abnormalities spillage/leakages, unsafe condition/practices.- Execute implementation plan for strategic quality projects. Improvement in ABEF Score, EMS target, internal customer rating improvement, SO System Improvement, statutory compliance. Elimination of Muda, does why-why analysis, develop model Area. Create awareness in team member.**Qualifications**:
Diploma,Bachelor Of Engineering
