Receiving loading slip after loading & check the scanned paper with loading slip.
Preparation of Temporary & check price,customer details,transporter,cst/lst/tin no.
Calculation of temporary bill
Filling up of form / Road permit & properly check all the details
Checking & signing of all invoice paper properly
Ensuring daily updation of truck in & out i.e do a proper time study of the truck
Compliance with all 5S activities
