- Working with the co-founders to discuss the design requirements for new constructions, alterations, or repairs.
- Gathering the necessary measurements, dimensions, and other routine calculations for design layouts.
- Providing clients with suitable design recommendations based on factors such as budget, the building site, and recent trends.
- Using CAD software and manual drawing techniques to produce architectural plans for management
- Creating renderings to better envision design plans
- Reworking and modifying designs based on comments and reviews from management and clients.
- Providing management with estimates on cost, time, machinery, construction, and other specifications
- Ensuring all vital information and documentation is recorded and maintained
- Ensuring that all layouts and blueprints are compliant with industry codes and legal standards.
- **Key Attributes**_
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- A portfolio of completed design.
- Excellent technical skills, particularly with AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of building codes and Regulatory standards
- Responsible for creating construction drawings based upon the needs of a specific project.
- This will involve compiling data, determining design information, engineering calculations, coordinating with engineers and other designers, and checking calculations.
- Strong creative design and time management skills
- Ability to respond positively and calmly to shifting priorities, demands and timelines.

**Salary**: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
