Major Responsibility
1. Ensuring profitability in the operations.
2. Conceptualizing, designing, and implementing of new practices
3. Ensuring all operations work run efficiently and effectively
4. Visiting different avenues and critically examining their model of business operations
5. Influencing clients to open enterprisesl and convince them to have the latest stocks as well as maintain
the look and feel of the store
6. Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness in the running of all employees
7. Designing and implementing effective marketing and event management strategies
8. Liaison with local Government authorities
9. Effectively programming and slotting of events and exhibitions

Marketing and Event Management
- Designing event calendar based on events that may suit us
- Ensuring events are cost effective
- Ensuring publicity of events through the right medium to generate more revenue and get more number
of people and the targeted audience
- Ensuring effective post event publicity through coverage in newspapers and online
- Effectively designing and running promotional events
- Liaisoning with media
- Ensure corporate social responsibility with tie ups with our NGO and other social organizations for a
noble purpose
- Continually examining the competition as well as the latest trends in the market
Kiosk/enterprises/assosiations
- Prepare lease agreements with the vendors
- Negotiate rates
- Track revenues of Kiosk
- Claim revenues due from vendors
Reports
- Data collection from various revenue heads
- Preparing monthly MIS separately for events and exhibitions
- Preparing reports based on the requirement of seniors, such as to see the trends of consumables, etc.
FUND RAISING Officer - Profile & Responsibilities
1. Develop, manage and implement a fundraising strategy for the direct marketing and coring conjunction
with the Fundraising Head with main focus on individuals and corporate sector.
2. Achieve agreed income goals to meet operational needs. (Rs 20 Lacs per annum).
3. Develop, implement and embed procedures and systems to ensure a cohesive and planned approach to
our fundraising activities.
4. Undertake monitoring and evaluation of fundraising activities and achievements related to agreed
targets and cost/income ratio.
5. Recruit, manage, build and motivate the face to face fundraising team and train them whenever needed.
6. Analyse, implement and monitor new growth potentials by introducing new fundraising channels, up
scaling existing activities and introducing innovative activities for fundraising.
7. Investigate and implement successful fundraising methods from other operation.
8. Develop and protect SOS India Care brand status.
9. Monitoring the data management system for Fundraising operation.
10. To take up the whole charge for the respective Fundraising Office.
**Salary**: ₹12,336.84 - ₹18,000.00 per month
