**Job Description - Associate Cabin Retrofit Engineer
**We are looking for an Associate Retrofit Solutions Engineer
- Cabin within Airbus (Commercial Aircraft) located in Bangalore.**

**We are searching for enthusiastic people who want to be part of the Upgrade services community. You bring added value to our customers. You are responsible for the definition and integration of retrofit design solutions for In-Service Aircraft. Your main focus will be on the cabin modifications including associated mechanical and electrical interfaces and adaptation of related cabin systems.**

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- **Creation of design drawings using Airbus methods and tools.**
- **Prepare and follow-up of all project relevant documents.**
- **Analyse the impacted elements on the Aircraft due to the requested modification.**
- **Identify the Pre-condition / Post-condition on the Aircraft.**
- **Provide engineering data to Production, supply chain and other involved internal stakeholders.**
- **Refer Airbus relevant documents and data for the analysis.**
- **Refer and study 3D Data / 2D Drawings to perform the analysis.**
- **Participate in technical meetings with internal and external stakeholders.**
- **Execute the activities as per Airbus process/methods/tools.**
- **Coordinate all design activities in terms of cost, time and quality.**

**Your hard skills and qualifications**:

- **Basic knowledge of Aircraft and Aeronautics.**
- **Knowledge of aircraft Systems.**
- **Knowledge of Aircraft interiors/cabin.**
- **Knowledge on 3D engineering tools such as CATIA.**

**Soft skills**
- **You are a team player and cooperation is very important to you.**
- **You have a positive and open mindset and good communication skills.**
- **You are well organized and independent work is natural for you.**
- **Good communication skills and advanced English is mandatory.**
