Position: BACK OFFICE EXECUTIVE

Location: Andheri west

**Note: It is a Night shift. 6pm - 3am shift**

A **Back Office Executive - Insurance** is responsible for handling administrative and support functions related to insurance policies and claims processing. This role involves data entry, document management, customer support, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The goal is to provide efficient back-office operations to support agents, underwriters, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Data Entry and Policy Management**:

- Enter and update customer information, insurance policy details, and claims in the system.
- Ensure that all customer data and policy records are accurate and up-to-date.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**:

- Organize and manage physical and electronic filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
- **Claims Processing Support**:

- Assist in processing claims by verifying customer details, reviewing documents, and ensuring that all required information is submitted.
- Coordinate with claims adjusters and underwriters for claim assessment and processing.
- **Customer and Agent Support**:

- Respond to queries from customers, agents, and underwriters regarding policy status, documentation, and claims.
- Provide administrative support to agents and brokers by preparing policy information and processing renewals.
- **Compliance and Regulatory Requirements**:

- Ensure all processes comply with insurance regulations and company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to data protection guidelines.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate periodic reports on policies, claims, and renewals for management.
- Assist in preparing performance metrics and analysis for the back office.
- **Policy Renewals and Endorsements**:

- Monitor upcoming renewals and assist customers and agents in the renewal process.
- Make endorsements and amendments to existing policies as requested by clients.
- **Coordination with Other Departments**:

- Collaborate with the underwriting, claims, and finance teams to ensure seamless policy and claims processing.
- Assist in communicating with third-party vendors for verifications and additional information.

Qualifications:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in the insurance industry or a back office role.
- Previous experience with insurance policy processing or claims is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with insurance management software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle administrative duties efficiently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- US shift
