**The Work Will be in Hybrid Mode ( 3 Days Work From Office & 2 Days Work From Home).**

An Online Bidder/Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for acquiring new business opportunities and generating revenue through online bidding platforms, such as freelancing websites, Upwork, Guru, and others. The role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with clients and understand their project requirements. The Online Bidder/BDE will be a key player in expanding the company's client base and fostering long-term business relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Online Bidding:

- Identify and bid on relevant projects through various online platforms.
- Prepare compelling proposals and quotes in response to client requirements.
- Showcase the company's capabilities and past successes to win projects.
- Client Communication:

- Address client queries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to nurture leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Market Research:

- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions to clients.
- Analyze competitors and their strategies to position the company effectively.
- Business Development:

- Develop and implement strategies to increase the company's visibility and reach in the online bidding community.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content, promotional materials, and presentations.
- Relationship Building:

- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Foster a positive company image through excellent client interactions.
- Achieving Targets:

- Set and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities.
- Coordination with Team:

- Collaborate with the project management and technical teams to ensure smooth project handover and execution.
- Provide necessary project details and ensure that client requirements are clearly understood.

**Requirements**:

- Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Proven1-2 years of experience in online bidding and business development in the IT industry is advantageous. Experience working with freelancing platforms is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and compose persuasive proposals.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation abilities to secure projects at competitive rates while ensuring profitability.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple bids and client interactions simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Tech-savviness: Familiarity with technology-related concepts and terminology to understand client requirements and project scope.
- Result-Driven: A self-motivated and target-oriented individual with a focus on achieving business goals.
- Adaptability: Capable of adapting to changing market trends and client needs.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate with internal teams and work cohesively towards shared objectives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
