The incumbent should be responsible for following:

- Ability to manage Planning & Billing process at Site effectively & efficiently.
- Providing valuable inputs for facilitating erection activities.
- Preparation of package wise detailed L3/L4 level/catch-up plans as required using primavera/MSP/Excel
- Reporting : Preparation of MIS/presentation for reviews like PRM/WRM reviews, CEO review, PD review and stateroom meetings etc
- **Excellent & effective communication and presentation skills**:

- Preparation of drawings, material requirement and T&P mobilization schedule as per project plan.
- An efficient team worker, with pronounced soft skills & capable in optimum utilization of Manpower & Machineries, leading the team to achieve prefixed objectives.
- Coordination with Site Team, Consultants & Contractors for resolving drawings, quality and site related issues.
- Billing - Take care of Cost Booking & Vendor Invoicing. Preparation of FY Budgets, Cash Flow statements etc.
- **Contract Management - Competent in Drafting Contractual Letters, Claims, **Preparation of Delay Analysis of concerned activities & corresponding claims **.**:

- Customer Management - Maintain cordial relations with Client. Involved in Regular meeting, review with Client and update presentation/MOMs on regular basis.
- Regular Interaction/ Presentation to Top Management for discussing site related issues.
- End to End coordination with PMG, Engg, SCM, F&A department for different site activities.
- Raise Red Flags, Highlight Top Critical Issues and come up with Resolution to mitigate the same.
- Risk Management - Preparation & Updation of Risk Register.
- Preparation of MIS, Cost Sheet & Cash Flow statements aligned with Project schedule.
- Competent in Project Management Tools like Primavera P6, SAP (MM), MS Project.
