**Job Description: Relationship Manager**

**Position Overview**:
As a Relationship Manager, your primary responsibility is to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for designated accounts, ensuring their needs are met, addressing any concerns, and fostering opportunities for growth and collaboration. By leveraging excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of client needs, you will play a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and business success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and objectives.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support.
- Proactively identify opportunities to add value and enhance the client experience through tailored solutions and personalized interactions.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Cultivate positive relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and internal teams.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align strategies, coordinate activities, and ensure mutual success.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and drive continuous improvement.
- **Account Management**:

- Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue targets, retention goals, and client satisfaction metrics.
- Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Conduct regular account reviews and strategic meetings to assess progress, identify challenges, and explore opportunities for expansion.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of efforts.
- Provide timely updates and reports on account status, progress, and key initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- **Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution**:

- Address client concerns, challenges, and conflicts in a timely and professional manner, working collaboratively to find satisfactory resolutions.
- Anticipate potential issues and proactively develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and maintain positive relationships.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate channels and follow through to ensure resolution and client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience of 3-5 years in client relationship management, account management, or customer success roles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and build rapport with diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and delivering value to clients.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools and technologies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
