**Job Title**: Customer Support Executive
**Location**: Gurgaon, Haryana
**Experience**: Min. 1 year
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Resolve customer complaints by identifying the issue, providing solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and actions taken.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve overall service.
- Educate customers on company products and services to enhance their experience.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Min. 1 year of experience in a customer support or related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
