**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Training Development**: Design and develop training materials, including manuals, user guides, and e-learning modules tailored to our ERP system.
- **Training Delivery**: Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users, including hands-on demonstrations, and provide support for various ERP modules (e.g., finance, supply chain, human resources).
- **Needs Assessment**: Assess training needs through consultations with stakeholders, including employees and department heads, to identify areas requiring improvement or additional training.
- **User Support**: Offer post-training support to users, including troubleshooting issues and providing guidance to ensure effective use of the ERP system.
- **Documentation**: Create and maintain up-to-date documentation and training resources, ensuring they reflect the latest system updates and changes.
- **Performance Evaluation**: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and make recommendations for enhancements.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the IT department, ERP vendors, and other relevant teams to stay informed about system updates, new features, and best practices.
- **Customization**: Tailor training sessions to address specific departmental needs and ensure that training aligns with organizational goals.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay current with industry trends and advancements in ERP systems to continuously improve training methods and materials.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of [X] years of experience working with ERP systems, with a proven track record in delivering training programs.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in [mention specific ERP systems if applicable, e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics].
