**Experience - **2 years and above

**Education-** 12th pass, Graduate or Post Graduate

**Responsibilities**:
(a) Canvass for Port Agency appointments by meeting with various charterers / exporters / receivers.

(b) Handling communications pertaining to Agency business solicitation.

(c) Port operations supervision of a vessel for the time it enters the port limits of a port of call in India till she departs that particular port.

(d) Updating clients on a regular basis on the vessels’ activities in port

(e) Keep close liaison with Port Officials, customs, immigration, etc.

(f) Update with Port positions and availability of drafts for smooth vessel calling.

(g) Preparation of disbursement accounts/Non/SOF & other vessel related documentation

(h) Co-ordination with Port Staff and Master for smooth operations.

(i) Handling of vendors.

(j) Ensure smooth operational handling / sailing of ship being handled.

(k) Handling freight tax/service tax matters

(l) Business solicitations. Actively canvass for cargo support on behalf of vessel owners.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
