**Job Summary**:
As an IT Telecalling Executive, you will be an integral part of our IT team, responsible for engaging potential clients over the phone, promoting our IT products and services, and driving sales growth. Your role will involve proactive lead generation, effective communication of product features, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, effectively presenting and explaining the features and benefits of our IT products and services.
- Utilize strategic questioning and active listening to identify and qualify leads, aiming to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through consistent and effective telecalling efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system with relevant information.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to follow up on leads, coordinate sales activities, and ensure smooth communication between departments.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities to enhance selling techniques and product understanding.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role within the IT industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively over the phone.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to influence potential clients and close sales.
- Familiarity with IT products and services, with the capacity to grasp technical concepts and articulate them clearly to customers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage time efficiently, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software for maintaining customer records and tracking sales activities.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and eagerness to learn and grow within the role.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
